I see the swaying gum trees
full of minty eucalyptus leaves.

I see the blinding sun where birds hang.

I hear the swishing and swaying of gum trees
where birds perch,
the screeching and scratching of chirping birds,
the rattle of iridescent and spiky ferns.

Carved stone,
shrubs and bushes in a forest alone.

Scorching sun rays,
trees and plants set ablaze.

The splishing and splashing at the bay.

Fresh air
rustles my hair.

Country dirt,
a little bit of pollen won’t hurt.

Swishing trees
whistle a breeze.

Calm and peaceful,
plants and animals are graceful.
