Many years ago, when none but one was here,

A blessing it was called, day three it had appeared.

At first it was day and night, then came sea and sky,

On day three, He made the land and plants and trees.

The greatest gift He gave, for all mankind to see,

The nature with its beauty is all so evergreen.

Home to all the animals, source for all to live,

A place to sit when stressed is coming to an end.

Cutting down for papers, what once was home to life,

Now way more than ever, people are in strife.

Waiting in the oceans near lay all the marine,

Watching as the trees are cut, all in disbelief.

Elders sacrifice life for young, what have times become,

As they watch, all in grief, as the families split.

Home, oh home,e where have you gone? I really need you now,

Come, oh come back to us, what was once a Blessing from Above.
